Kaleidesprout Order Processing
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and shipped immediately. Please allow 7-10 business days for receipt of package(s), though your order may arrive sooner. In the case your order cannot be completed, we will contact you immediately via email regarding products which are on backorder. In the case of larger items, such as strollers and highchairs, etc. shipping time may vary, depending upon the warehouse availiability. You will receive an email regarding the status of your order following payment.
Please note: with International packages shipping time may vary greatly. If shipped via USPS First Class International, unfortunately no tracking or insurance may be obtained and shipping time may take up to 4 weeks, though in most cases it is much quicker. We do not assume any responsibility in the case that your package is lost or damaged, unless insurance was obtained. Please contact us regarding purchasing shipping insurance and we can check on rates for UPS, FedEx, DHL or another form of USPS Priority International mail for an additional charge.

Please note that payment is set up via Paypal to accept all forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Echecks, Cash and Paypal, in which you can have funds directly sent for payment. Please note: You do not need to have a Paypal account to order. You simply are taken to the site for secure payment.
Kaleidesprout Returns
At kaleidesprout baby and kids boutique we want you to be 110% satisfied. We aim to please each and every customer with customer service, custom gift wrapping upon request, meeting special delivery needs in most cases and making each package shipped out to look gift ready in our beautiful clear cellophane packaging with kaleidesprout signature polka dot label. However, we do realize that while sometimes you believe you are exactly sure as to what style, color, size you need that sometimes your choice was just not appropriate. Therefore, we do offer returns within 14 business days. We ask that you please follow the guidelines of a return: First contact us via email Renee@kaleidesprout.com We will then issue an RTV # for processing your return. Please note that if the return is a special ordered item, in some cases it won't be able to be returned. Also note, that you will be charged a 15% restocking fee in the case that it is not an error on our part. In some cases we will have you return the item to a specific vendor. In most cases you will be responsible for all shipping charges related to your ordered item. The only time we will assume responsibility for shipping charges is in the case that it is in fact our error, ie. we shipped the wrong item to you. Thank you!
HAND DELIVERY
We offer Hand Delivery in Kennesaw, Roswell, Woodstock, Acworth, Alpharetta, Canton and surrounding areas for the same cost as shipping upon request. Your item may also be dropped off at your place of business. Please call for specific details: 1-888-348-3233 or 770-362-9173. |
